Although Chris is happy spending a lot of time looking deeply at the geekier aspects of new software, solutions and technologies, he's also very comfortable with (and has spent a lot of time doing) the non-technical side of Product Management - developing pricing and go-to-market strategies, liaising and building relationships with other internal departments, and conducting social media campaigns.
